Ask an older dancer at your studio or ask my best friend youtube! At my studio we only do the regular fouette turns…But if for a fouette turn it helps a lot to spot, plie, think up up up and to bring your heel (the one you’re standing on) around… and keep thinking of pulling it around. Hope that kinda helps with a le seconde! Sorry Icouldn’t help more :(
